look at the light beyond the form
at the very source of life
from which this universe was formed
that Spirit that burns so very bright
and reminds us why we're here and alive


we recognize our Fathers name
given to us from where we came
for it holds a mystic memory
that connects us to that eternal flame


for the stars hold a mirror
that shines forth to our souls
and if we look to the heavens we can know
the grandeur of this cosmic mystery
that's playing out here in you and me
